A. You don’t need any, after you have entered a few receipts you‘ll be an expert. |

| Q. How much time will this take? |
 |

A. A lot less time than you are used to spending using manual systems or a spreadsheet. |

| Q. How does it work? |
 |

A. It’s easy! Every month we send you an e-mail attachment, when you open it, you will see a simple form. You enter your income, payments and check your details and at the end of the month you
send the form back to us at the touch of a button. |

| Q. Why do I send it to you every month? |
 |
 |

A. We analyse the figures and send you information that you should find useful on how your business is doing. We also estimate your tax bill so we can do something to minimise it, and you can put the money away for it each month. |

| Q. So what can I do about the tax bill? |
 |

A. We can give you some ideas on how best to reduce, or possibly remove it altogether. You also know how much to put away each month. |

| Q. When does the tax have to be paid? |

A. By 31st January following the end of the financial year. |

| Q. Do I have to sort the receipts into any order before entering? |
 |

A. No, enter the information in any date order and when you send us the form we sort it. You may find it more convenient to sort them into similar types of receipts within each month though. |

| Q. What if I need accounts during the year to help me obtain a loan/mortgage? |

A. Because we’ll have all the information up to date, we can provide a set of accounts almost instantly — we doubt you’ll find any other accountant offering that. |

| Q. What if I need help? |

A. No problem - We have built into the system short prompts, and a how to use the system help button, but if they aren’t detailed enough, click on the “Ask Us Now” button. This creates an e-mail already addressed to ensure a speedy response: if your query is more urgent - call us. |

A. Scan it and attach it to an e-mail or post it. Usually a copy will be sufficient. |

A. No, we are not ready to resell this package as a stand alone program just yet. It is really easy to change accountant though, just speak to us and we’ll do the rest. |
